Pricing

A maintained service, not an abandoned executable. Simple, understandable pricing built around outcomes.

Custom development carries a one-off implementation fee. Ongoing access, support, updates, monitoring and hosting are covered by a monthly subscription. We bundle enough value that pricing stays understandable, and we quote from your figures.

How pricing works

Base platform plus the workflows you need

Modules are named after farm outcomes, such as Daily Milk Import, never after the technology. Every proposal shows the calculation behind it.

Payback

A worked example

A useful decision metric is implementation cost divided by the estimated monthly value of time released.

Example: a £750 implementation that releases 15 hours a month, valued at £18 an hour, releases about £270 a month. That gives a simple implementation payback of about 2.8 months before the ongoing subscription is considered.

Three-year thinking: a process taking five hours every week consumes 780 hours over three years. At £15 an hour that is £11,700 of labour value; at £20 an hour it is £15,600. This is why small but frequent processes can justify automation.

These are illustrations. Use the calculator with your own figures, and we will show the calculation in any proposal.
