A 20-minute process performed every working day is roughly 87 hours a year and about 433 hours over five years. Five hours a week is 780 hours over three years: £11,700 of labour value at £15 an hour, £15,600 at £20.

Payback
Divide the implementation cost by the estimated monthly value of time released. A £750 implementation that releases 15 hours a month at £18 an hour pays back in about 2.8 months before the subscription is considered.
